Speedtopia aims to provide the best available year-round coaching, training and competition to athletes in almost every age-group; and to inspire enthusiastic interaction and support among all members, parents, supporters and sponsors.
They encourage all members, including those who don’t consider themselves competitive athletes, to participate in events and races. This provides the necessary incentive for consistent training and the achievement of goals, from an increase in fitness & improved health, to personal best, championship & Gold Medal performances.

Junior and senior training programs for all.. Speedtopia provides junior and senior training for aspiring athletes of all ages. We focus training for the love and character building for life.
We Compete at Club & Inter-Club races. Junior and Senior athletes also have the option of representing Speedtopia at organize competitions. Speedtopia will also create and set up prep competition run throughout the season.

What we Offer
- Personalised coaching advice for runners of all abilities from one of Speedtopia’s qualified and experienced coaches. Our coaches can help you get started in setting a goal and achieving the goal;
- Friendly club members who will train together with you at your own pace, showing you some of GTA’s best running routes;
- Group speed and technique sessions.
We have a program of races throughout the winter that include both races organised by Speedtopia, both for fun and serious, as well as races organised by other clubs. We cater for all abilities which includes handicap, closest to your own time, and serious races; something to suit everyone.
During the summer we make use of several parks around the GTA to compete in 3,000 and 5,000-metre races. We also have a one hour race in which we measure the distance you managed for 60 minutes. Track races are available every weekend during the summer.
